As reported on Beverage Underground Radio former Miami Dolphin linebacker Kim Bokamper will open his second restaurant location at the old KEG Restaurant on Vanderbilt Road in Naples will become Bokamper’s Sport’s Bar & Grill in time for football season. Bokamper played as both linebacker and defensive end for the Miami Dolphins from 1976 to 1985, and he has another full-time job as a broadcaster on WQAM in Miami. Bokamper’s has been very successful as both a football analyst as well as a restaurateur. His first Bokamper’s restaurant in Plantation is wildly successful with Miami Dolphin, Heat, Marlin, and Panther players, coaches and fans. 
Frascatti’s a one-time neighborhood favorite on Airport Road in Naples closed quietly last week.
We’re excited to report that the rumors have been confirmed and the building formerly known as the ‘Original’ Sport’s Page on Shirley Street in Naples has been totally restored by Fadi Rabil and because his name is so frequently mistaken…he’s calling it Freddie Rebel’s Sports Bar.Look for an additional 25 High definition TVs and expect great food. Fadi is half of the successful husband and wife restaurant team. Chrissy Bianchi-Rabil has been one of Naples’ favorites for years and is known for her high quality, fresh ingredients and local hospitality. Together, Fadi and Chrissy will split time between their other locations, Chrissy’s Cafe at 3400 Radio Road, and her original location now known as Chrissy’s Bianchi’s, 3340 U.S. 41 E., in Courthouse Shadows. Chrissy also opened and sold Chrissy’s Wildside on Airport near Pine Ridge and together the couple owned and operated Bianchi’s that was located at the Bayfront in Naples. Bianchi’s closed last year.
Beverage Underground Radio will be making its way to Sports Bars all over Southwest Florida this football season broadcasting Avenue 1410/1660 Tailgate Parties. The Avenue is the flagship station for local high school football, NCCA College Football’s Game of the Week, The NFL Network Game of the Week, and ALL Chicago Bears NFL games.
