MillerCoors Challenge Beer Pong Kings to Courtroom Throw Down

MillerCoors has filed a lawsuit in a Chicago U.S. District Court alleging that a Bridgeport, Connecticut-based company who sells Beer Pong supplies has infringed on and damaged the brewer’s Lite beer brand marks. PB&J Design Inc. is selling beer pong tables, kegs full of beer pong balls, pitchers and cups featuring a logo similar to the Miller Lite Beer.

Scottish Beer Drinkers Leave Irish, English and Welsh ‘Under the Table’

Scottish adults go through 25 per cent more alcohol than their UK neighbors do. According to NHS Health Scotland the average Scot, drinks the equivalent of nearly 540 pints of beer or 46 bottles of scotch whiskey a year. The figures suggest that Scots slightly out-drink the Irish but are out drinking the English and Welsh by 2½ pints of beer or 2½ large glasses of wine per week.
