To produce Gianduia, Bottega the family recipe combines a rich, smooth cream made from the popular soft Piedmontese chocolate Gianduia with fine grappa from the Alexander range. The use of grappa in place of the common neutral spirit base results in a more refined and elegant liqueur that is velvety and deliciously creamy on the palate, with sumptuous flavors of chocolate and hazelnut. Bottega Gianduia is packaged in a frosted, drop-shaped bottle designed by Sandro and made at the family’s Venetian hand-blown glass facility.
